When you make payments to Jump4love you buy credits, which are added to your account on the site. Each time you use our paid services our system deducts your account (not your credit card), i.e. for each letter sent, for each minute of instant messaging and video streaming your account is debited for respective number of credits (look up the costs in 'Buy credits' section). The cost of services are subject to changes at anytime.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our site and demand a refund, please contact our support on this matter. Please, include in your claim explanation of reasons for the refund and all relevant information that may be important to us.

You can demand either Credits Refund or Money Refund

Credits Refund:

The credits can be reimbursed to your Jump4love account under the following circumstances

a. You have encountered a credit loss as a result of errors or bugs on the site.
b. You have not been rendered a service that you paid for (e.g. a letter was not delivered, a gift was not shipped, etc).
c. You have sent repetitive letters to the same lady by mistake.
d. Other reasons which are provided by you and accepted by Jump4love.


Money Refund:

You are eligible for demanding a money refund under the following circumstances

a. You have not authorized the payments that were made with your credit/debit card and you can prove that.
b. The unused Jump4love credits can be converted into money and refunded at a ratio 1 credit = 0.4 US Dollars (purchasing ratio).

Declaration:
Please contact our support if you demand a refund for the above reasons. Once your case is qualified, you will be able to receive the refund. Any Chargeback of credit card payment without previous contact with our site would be considered as dishonest or deceitful. We reserve the right for taking appropriate legal actions at our sole discretion.
